How do I get a presale or offer code?

Once you sign up, use our desktop site to favorite all the artists, performers, teams and venues that you like, so we can notify you about upcoming sales in the future. App favorites do not generate presale emails.

Follow us on instagram, we regularly send out updates on the latest relevant events, and you can find the related codes in these updates.

How does presale work?

Presales give fans with codes and access to purchase tickets before the general public sale. However, the codes do not guarantee tickets.

Please enter presale codes before you choose your tickets. Look for the Unlock button or link on your event page to enter your presale code.

Where can I buy tickets?

You can only buy INFINITE Verified tickets at:

• infinite website: At infinitent.com you can search for tickets securely, at your convenience, day and night, 365 days a year.

• The Box Office: The box office is typically located at most venues. When visiting in person, keep in mind the hours of operation may vary and that venues sell tickets only for their events.

Refunds & Exchanges

⊙ How can I get a refund？

Infinite Entertainment is a ticket trading platform and only represents a third party platform. Infinite Entertainment does not provide direct refund service, all refunds take 3-5 business days to deposit from the day refund process starts.

We will not be offering refunds or exchange services except when the show is cancelled, delayed or under extreme situations.

If you purchased tickets for a wrong city for a tour, please contact us via email provided below and keep in mind an exchange of tickets is subject to ticket availability and not guaranteed.

Infinite Entertainment maintains the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether you are entitled to a refund and, if so, the amount of the refund you are eligible to receive. Infinite Entertainment reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to provide a refund or exchange for any reason – including, but not limited to, if we deem your request to be suspicious or fraudulent in any way.
